About the  implementing partner

Makerere University Business School (MUBS) is a renowned institution of higher learning affiliated with Makerere University, Uganda. With a focus on advancing business and management education, MUBS offers academic and professional programs, conducts research, and provides consultancy services to both public and private sectors. MUBS mission extends beyond traditional education to foster entrepreneurship, innovation, and the growth of the private sector.
MUBS has established outreach centers in strategic locations across the country, including Kampala, Mbale, Arua, Mbarara, and Jinja. These centers deliver specialized programs in entrepreneurship, ICT, and leadership, promoting skills development and economic empowerment at the grassroots level.

To strengthen its ties with industry and the community, MUBS operates several centers of excellence, including the Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Incubation Centre (MUBSEIIC), the ICT Centre, the Leadership Centre, the Disability Centre, the Women's Forum, and the Economic Forum. These centers serve as vital platforms for mentorship, coaching, and collaboration with local collaborators, innovators, and entrepreneurs, ensuring that participants will benefit from a broad range of expertise and support. As part of its Knowledge Transfer Partnerships agenda, MUBS is proud to contribute its vast knowledge and resources as the implementing partner of the eBooster Competition.
